July, 2010 - assets are manadged by AMC "Priority Finance" have amounted over 483 000 000 UAH.
June, 2010 - ODUIF "Priority New Market" is registered.
December, 2009 – assets are managed by AMC “Priority Finance” have amounted over 405 000 000 UAH.
November 2009 - CNVUIF "Priority Financial Innovations" is registered.
October, 2009 - CNVUIF of "Strategy of Development" is registered.
June, 2009 - AMC “Priority Finance” took decision to increase its shareholders’ equity to 50 000 000 (fifty million) UAH.
And also a new fund is registered - CNVUIF "Agri Synergy".
March, 2009 - AMC “Priority Finance” took decision to increase its shareholders’ equity to 30 000 000 (thirty million) UAH.
And also a new fund is registered - CNVUIF "Agro Perspective".
February, 2009 - a new fund was registered - CNUIF "Priority Fund Dividends".

February, 2007 - CCNIF “Priority balanced investment” started its activity.
June, 2006 - AMC “Priority Finance” registered CNVUIF “Priority Real Estate”.
17.03.2006 - AMC “Priority Finance” has got a certificate of SSMCC ¹818 to provide financial services at the stock market.
31.10.2005 - AMC “Priority Finance” has got a license of SSMCC ¹ 293355 to provide asset management services.
21.10.2005 - AMC “Priority Finance” became a full rights member of the Ukrainian association of investment business.
