	Question:	Does asset management company own the property of fund?
	Answe:	No. The property (assets) of fund belongs to the owners of investment certificates of fund they own this property on the right of equity ownership.

	Question:	Will the company informs in advance in what securities put means?
	Answe:	Yes, this question is considered in the investment declaration of each fund. The text of declarations can be found in the corresponding sections of our site devoted to each fund individually.

	Question:	Is it possible to issue the investment certificate to bearer?
	Answe:	It is impossible to issue it to bearer because the investment certificate is nominal.

	Question:	Is it possible to sell an investment certificate to the third person?
	Answe:	Yes, it possible with certificates of the closed funds not in a repayment interval. Participation of broker is needed when certificate sales according to article 9 of item 17 of the Law of Ukraine «About securities and the stock market» № 3480-IV from 23.02.2006.

	Question:	Whether any guarantees of safety of investments are exist?
	Answe:	In Ukraine activity of investment funds is regulated and controlled by state structures and other organizations. The law of Ukraine «About institutes of joint investment (share and corporate investment funds)» which has come into force in 2001, is directed on protection of investors, and also regulates activity of investment funds. The structure which carries out the control from outside the investor is the Supervisory Board (for unit investment fund) or the General shareholders` meeting (for corporate investment fund). Activity of AMC is also regulated by the self-regulated organization of professional participants of the stock market -Ukrainian association of investment business (UAIB). Assets Management Company(AMC) has a right to carry out the activity only on the basis of License of State stock market and securities committee (SSMSC). For the having by AMC no possibility to abuse means of investors the legislation provides conducting the account of actives of fund separate of the company by the Keeper. And the Keeper should be independent it is very important moment. It carries out the activity also on the basis of License of SSMSC.

	Question:	Are percents or dividends paid for securities of fund?
	Answe:	Investor does not receive the income in the form of percent, as on the bank deposit in investment funds. The income of the investor consists of an increase in value of investment certificates/share of fund belonging to him. Investor can receive the income selling the securities. As to dividends, it depends on what participant of fund you are. The open and interval funds according to the Law «About institutes of joint investment (share and corporate funds) » dividends do not pay. Funds of the closed type can pay the income in the form of dividends if it is provided by the Letter of issue of the fund.
