Procedure of buying of securities of the Funds under management of AMC “Priority Finance” has the next view:

1. After consultation of an expert of our Company or Partner-broker your company chooses which securities and Fund to invest in.

2. You fill in the Application for buying securities and send it to our office to e-mail info@priority-finance.com.ua or by fax +38 044 558 25 63 or to address of our broker-partner

3. We are getting ready all necessary documents on the base of your application

4. You come to our office or to office of broker-partner with required documents (with idea to economize your time spent for procedure we ask you to discuss with us the time of our meeting).

5. You sign original Application and Contract of buying securities of the Fund.

6. You pay according to the Contract and give order to your Custodian to enroll securities to your account.                  

7. After confirmation from bank about payment for securities Company gives order to its Custodian to enumerate securities to your account (according to present legislation the term between your payment for securities and their enrolment to your account can not be longer then 7days).

8. You get from Custodian extract from your account which confirms your owning of securities. 

If Investor doesn’t have accounts in bank and/or custodian, experts of our Company will help you to open them with minimal losses of time and money.
