If you took decision to buy security of the fund under management of AMC “Priority Finance”, it is necessary to bring to our office or to offices of our Partners next documents:

For legal persons-foreigners:

-          original of Application (2 copies);

-          legalized and notarized statement from the Banking, trading or ship's registry, or registration certificate from authority of a foreign country about registration of legal person (with notarized translation into Ukrainian language);

-          notarized and legalized statement from the founding documents about founders, structure of management and their powers (with notarized translation into Ukrainian language);

-          notarized and legalized document, which confirms the election (hiring) officials who have the right to act on behalf of a legal entity without attorney (with notarized translation into Ukrainian language);

-          if responsible person acts on behalf of the legal entity, he/she has to bring notarized and legalized attorney (with notarized translation into Ukrainian language);

-          a document that confirms official person and identification code (if has);

-          document from authorized bank in Ukraine with details on non-resident’s account opened in the national currency of Ukraine;

-          document from Custodian – participant of Ukrainian depository system with details on securities account.
